Built for women navigating PMOS longitudinally, not another rigid tracker or generic chatbot.

PMOS isn't a one-time problem

It's longitudinal, emotionally loaded, and deeply individual. The system wasn't designed for that, so women piece together support alone.

  • Fragmented care

Short clinic visits, sporadic dietitian advice, and endless online threads. None of it knows your actual day.

  • Conflicting advice

Generic protocols and influencer stacks that sound confident but don't fit your body or your life.

  • Guilt loops

When results don't come, the default story is self-blame, not "this advice wasn't built for me."

See the loop in action

Check in once. Watch Fen capture meals, mood, and movement, then explore a cited answer that respects how real adherence works.

One calm rhythm, three parts

  1. Step 1

    Check in naturally

Voice or text, whenever it fits. No rigid forms or streak pressure.

  2. Step 2

    Your day, organized

Check-in and diary live on Today: meals, mood, symptoms, and more, structured and editable in one place.

  3. Step 3

    Learn with citations

Ask questions grounded in human-approved research. See exactly where answers come from.

Governed AI, not guesswork

Trust is the biggest barrier in PMOS care. Fen's research layer is deliberately constrained: only human-approved excerpts can appear in answers. When evidence isn't there, we say so.

  • Papers uploaded → chunked → manually reviewed
  • Retrieval limited to approved chunks only: pgvector search over an approved-only index in Postgres
  • Every claim carries visible [n] citations

“Women with PMOS don't just need advice. They need a system that listens continuously, organizes reality for them, and helps them make sense of it, without judgment.”
